CHITRADURGA :  Children of parents of Indian Origin residing in Switzerland unfurled the Indian national flag in the premises of their apartment in Zurich after learning about Indias Independence Day. 

Sirigere based Taralabalu Mutt Seer Dr. Shivamurthy Shivacharya Mahaswamiji was the  reason for it. During his tour of Europe, the seer held talks with Indian diaspora in Switzerland. He also told the children about how Independence Day is celebrated on August 15 across India.

Inspired by his words, the children unfurled a national flag in the presence of the seer.
